Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your new purchase you may return and refund your products subject to the following conditions or unless otherwise stated in the vendor’s own returns policy:

  • producing the original receipt and ensuring the product is in its original packaging and condition.
  • We will refund the price paid for the goods, provided that the goods are still sealed and within their original packaging and have not been used or damaged.
  • All accessories and parts must be included.
  • We regret that some products can not be returned.
    • A product which has been personalised for you or made to your specifications.
    • Due to copyright law, licensed software and games cannot be returned or refunded.
    • Pre-paid cards, Digital or Physical Vouchers may not be returned for a refund or credit.
    • Nursing or maternity and infant feeding products, including (but not limited to) breast pumps, bottles, teats, soothers, pacifiers, formula, maternity underwear, nappies and wipes.
    • Delivery and or installation costs.
    • Any damaged or abused items.
    • Intimate products, lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits or underwear.
    • Piercing jewellery.
    • Toiletries, personal beauty products or fragrances.
    • Foodstuff, beverages or other products intended for consumption.
    • Other specified Non-returnable/ non-refundable items
    • Any other that is specified in a Vendor’s policy.
  • In the unfortunate event that your purchased product becomes faulty or defective within the first six months of delivery, you can ask for the product to be collected for inspection and the manufacturer or vendor policies will apply.
  • Securebuy will not in any circumstances be liable for any consequential loss or damages suffered by the customer whether directly or indirectly related defect in the appliance to the extent permissible by law.
  • Products that qualify for Returns:
    • If the wrong item was delivered or is not according to the specifications on the website:
    • If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described on the website, please notify us by completing a return request and we will collect the product from you at no charge.
  • Once we have inspected the product and validated your return:
    • We could credit your account with the purchase price of the product
    • Refund the purchase price
    • Deliver a replacement product.
  • If the item is missing parts or accessories the manufacturer or vendor’s policy will apply.
  • Defects the manufacturer or vendor’s policy will apply.
  • If a voucher was used to purchase product(s) we will provide you with a replacement coupon.

Processing refunds:

Refunds can take up to 10 days to process, and a 10% handling fee may apply.
